For the second week in a row and throughout this season so far, the SEC has reminded spectators and experts that it is college football's best conference once again. It is easy to say, through a crystal ball, that besides the conference champion.

The rankings aren't done being shifted around, as college football tends to get stranger by the week. Old playoff contenders are re-emerging while new ones are appearing out of sight.

Penn State and Texas are both unranked for the first time in about three years, following their shocking losses last Saturday. Another traditional football power was expected to collapse like the Egyptians, but instead regained power in the Southeastern Conference.
