Taking last weekend's loss into consideration, the only good to come from it is that my prediction for a Buccaneers victory was correct. I can’t say I speak for all Saints fans when I ask this, but where was Jameis Winston last week? I was prepared to ride or die with Jaboo, and it never happened. This New Orleans staff said before the loss to Tampa, that they would rather have 75 percent of Derek Carr than Jameis Winston firing on all cylinders. I don’t know about everyone else, but when the waiter shows up to the table with a three-quarters-full glass of water, we have a serious problem.
Dennis Allen and company decided to come to my table after I had struggled to force down the driest meal in the world and gave me an unfilled glass of water. They obviously saw me fighting for my life, and worst of all, they didn't bring me enough water to push the rest of the Sahara Desert down. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of this coaching staff were not present in these next couple of seasons, but frankly, that is a ways down the road. Enough of me ranting, here’s what you need to know about the upcoming Week 5 matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the New England Patriots.

Prediction
Before I go on and predict who wins this Week 5 matchup (of what should have been Super Bowl LIII), I want to redirect you back toward the injury report section of the article. I think the Saints have this one in the bag, and here's why. The Patriots defense is littered with injuries, mainly to Matt Judon and corners Christian Gonzalez, Jack Jones, and Marcus Jones.
Who could the Patriots trade for at no cost to fill this cornerback depth? Their answer was to trade for the ex-Patriot J.C. Jackson. I feel this is a very emotional decision by the Patriots organization, but I can see a slight bit of rationale here. There was no doubt that J.C. Jackson’s run in New England was phenomenal. In Los Angeles, he was extremely underwhelming. He never lived up to his New England self. Aside from the rant, I believe this will be somewhat of a low-scoring game as New Orleans can’t score offensively, but their defense stands as one of the NFL's best. Funny how that works. Anyway, this one should end with the Saints advancing to 3-2.
